ABC Network is a licensed Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Bangladesh, delivering broadband and corporate internet solutions to residential and business clients. The company focuses on network infrastructure development, customer service management, and reliable connectivity in a competitive telecommunications environment. Since 2016, I have been working at ABC Network as a General Manager, where I am responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising technical and administrative teams, managing client relationships, and supporting strategic business planning. This role has provided me with hands-on experience in organizational management, service quality control, and market-oriented decision-making. My professional involvement at ABC Network has strengthened my understanding of business operations in a technology-driven sector and motivated me to pursue advanced studies in management and international business to further enhance my leadership capabilities.
